Attention: Illegal “RF Systems” products on sale!
Since 1987 RF Systems antennas and accessories acquired a worldwide reputation amongst
amateurs, professional users, governmental institutions and the military. RF Systems antennas
are generally considered to be "the world's best". Many test reports confirm this.
Since 1988 Deltron wholesale in Hoogeveen, The Netherlands acts as the exclusive
worldwide distributor and promoter of RF Systems products. Deltron also presented itself
as RF Systems, Hoogeveen. In 2008 Deltron passed into new ownership. For the past 3
years Deltron undertook insufficient activities to ensure the availability and reputation of RF
Systems products. Besides that Deltron Trading BV supplied imitation products as original
RF Systems products. These products with type numbers and/or type designations (almost)
identical to the original versions, are labelled showing the name RF Systems in a different
type font. These products have been supplied without informing the buyer that this was not
a genuine RF Systems product. Deltron Trading BV also supplied retailers with these "look
alikes". These are sold as original RF Systems products and even recommended as the latest
versions of RF Systems products.
This deceit of buyers has led to bailiff mr. Brouwer, in the presence of the provincial police
force, with the police inspector also acting as assistant public prosecutor, on November 23,
2011 impounded all original RF Systems products and imitation products bearing the forged
RF Systems label. Deltron Trading BV and her management will have to answer to the law.
In addition RF Systems has ceased all trading with Deltron Trading BV from November
23, 2011. From this date Deltron Trading BV is neither permitted to act as RF Systems
Hoogeveen, nor to sell RF Systems products and imitations bearing the fake RF Systems
label, nor market these products in any way, nor make them available to third parties.
Recognition and compensation.
Although RF Systems is not responsible for the deceit by Deltron Trading BV and because
of this deceit suffers big damage itself, RF Systems tries to find a solution for this problem.
This is because some buyers who, in good faith, purchased an RF Systems product, have been
supplied with a fake product. It is possible that such products are still in stock at the resellers.
It is therefore possible that buyers, even after this publication, still may be offered or supplied
with an imitation product. Because Deltron Trading BV will not cooperate voluntarily to
track down deceived buyers, both the original RF Systems label and the imitation label are
depicted.

It is also possible, that the fake products are supplied with a label showing the name RF- Antenna with the same type of font as the fake RF-Systems label. Buyers who have been supplied with a product bearing the fake RF Systems or RF-Antenna label are requested to report to RF-Systems@telfort.nl specifying type of product, price paid, place of purchase and your own name and address. Buyers are also requested to carefully retain invoices and/or proof of purchase. Depending on the outcome of the legal procedures against Deltron Trading BV, RF Systems will consider compensating the victims for the experienced deceit. Replacing the imitation product with an original RF Systems product may be a possibility. As soon as a judicial verdict is available concerning the deceit by Deltron Trading BV, RF Systems will contact all buyers who have registered at the above mentioned e-mail address.
